This is the iPod Touch Nano concept by Isamu Sanada. It looks more to a combination of iPod Nano 4G with the iPod Touch. There’s no clickwheel because there’s touchscreen, it has the home button from the iPod Touch and there’s external gaming keys where you can attach to the left and the right of the device.
